1. Where is the company located? 

We are located in Southern California.

 

2. Which company are the packages shipped through?

We ship domestic packages through USPS & UPS.

 

3.What is the shipping policy?

As we work diligently to ensure quality of these handmade products we ask that once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 days for processing of your order before its shipped. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to upload in the system.

 

4. How long does shipping take?

Domestic shipping takes approximately 3-14 business days. 

 

5. What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not liable for any packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim, if your package is not delivered. 

 

6. What is the refund policy?

We will provide a replacement or refund if product is damaged or incorrect.  These products must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Contact us by email at info@fromthewest.co with order number and photos of damaged or incorrect products. 

 

7. Can I exchange products? 

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. If you have an issue with your purchase please contact us by email immediately. 

 

8. Can I add products on to my order once it is completed?

Unfortunately, we are not able to add products to the order once it is completed.
